The triskele, or triple spiral, is a tripartite symbol composed of three interlocked spirals. This ancient Celtic symbol relates to the sun, afterlife and reincarnation. The sun describes a spiral in its movements every three months; the symbol drawn in one continuous line suggests a continuous movement of time, hence reincarnation.
